    RELAXING AT THE LODGE

    Overlooking the Matjies River Gorge & the Tsitsikamma Mountains, this congenial hub is where it all happens. The boma deck is the place to check-in, sip some bubbly, or a good cup of tea, relax after a day’s outing, chat to newly found friends and catch up with family news – comfy chairs, a crackling fire and a sundowner in hand – what better way to end the day!

    There are various places you can escape to: the far lounge with a pair of binoculars, or just your thoughts, or if there is an important sporting event there is a TV; or under the leafy ficus tree, a haven for birds – and for those who need a secret puff (we won’t tell);- or down at the pool; or out on the deck … there is a lot of delicious air to be breathed.
